2. Amendments to Commercial Registrations (e.g., CR Renewal, Addition and Cancellation of Activities, Change of Business Location, etc.).
3. Provision of Services against Payment of Prescribed Charges.

The "MOIC" shall ensure that the Services are delivered in compliance with the laws, regulations and other governmental requirements, and shall use its best endeavour to deliver them efficiently.

Although every effort is made to provide quality Service, The Ministry of Industry & Commerce does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any of the information or content (collectively, the "Materials") contained on or distributed through, or linked, downloaded or accessed from any of the services contained on this website (the "Service"), nor the quality of any information or other materials displayed or obtained by you as a result of accessing the "MOIC" website or any other information in connection with the Service provided by the "MOIC". You hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any Materials shall be at your sole risk. Any transactions on the "MOIC" Website shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the "MOIC" Website, including any questions regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to the Courts of Bahrain or if amicably agreed upon by the parties to be resolved under Institutional Arbitration at the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre (Bahrain).
